Short-Rib, Thick-Cut ($8/lb)

Short-ribs are a great, flavorful cut of beef.  They can be smoked, roasted, or braised.  These come thick cut with 3-4 pieces (3-4 bones each) per piece. It is $8 per pound and the estimated final weight is between 0.8 and 1.5 lbs. Final price determined by final weight. Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.
