New York Steak Bundle

2 New York Strip Steaks and 2 packs (2 pounds) of ground beef.  These range from 0.5 to 1.0 pounds each.  Average approximately 1.2 pounds in the bundle.  They are cut 1.3 inches thick.  Recommended cooking method is grilled and recommended temperature is rare to medium.  Our motto "Friends don't let friends cook medium-well steaks!"
