Flat Iron Steak Bundle

1 Flat Iron Steak (at least 1.3 lbs) and 2 packs (2 pounds) of ground beef.  These steaks range from 0.8 to 2.0 pounds each.  At least 1.3 pounds of steak in the bundle.  Recommended cooking method is grilled and recommended temperature is rare to medium.  Our motto "Friends don't let friends cook medium-well steaks!"
