Farmer's Choice - 10+ Pounds Beef Bundle

10+ pounds of 100% grass-fed beef various cuts.  Which cuts? The farmer's choice.  Like certainty?  This isn't the bundle for you.

Typically includes 5 pounds of ground beef.  The rest will be made up of a variety of meat cuts where we have extra supply.  These will tend to include short-rib, stew beef, cube steak, foreshank, and/or chuck roasts.  Sometimes we will include lesser known cuts of steak like Denver, Teres Major, Sierra, Bavette or Flat Iron.  Because you take the chance to see what we bring - sometimes these boxes will include some extra beef.  We never include organ meat or bones in these boxes (unless you request it in the order comment field).
