Cube Steak ($8/lb)

Cube steak is a lean steak, often from the rump, that has been tenderized in a cuber.  While it is often used in country-fried steak, we find it is best used in our Philly cheese cube-steak recipe available on our website. It is $8 per pound and the estimated final weight is between 0.8 and 1.5 lbs. Final price determined by final weight. Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.
