Chuck Roasts ($9/lb)

Our primary roast cut is the chuck roast.  This cut is great slow roasted, braised, or smoked.  It is $9 per pound and the estimated final weight is between 2 and 5 lbs. Final price determined by final weight. Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.
