One Pound Ground Beef Pack ($12/lb)

1 pack of our ground beef (approximately 1 pound each.  May vary +/- 0.3 pounds).

We request a 85% lean, 15% fat ground beef blend from our butcher.  This mix works for everything you need to cook.  Our butcher is a small scale, high-quality, USDA inspected facility.  Because they are small scale, the actual blend varies.

Price is a deposit and will be adjusted to the actual weight.
