Our whole brisket is $9.00/LB, the estimated final price is between $45 and $65 and the estimated final weight is between 6 and 11 lbs. Final price determined by final weight. Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.

Brisket divided into points and flats.  Flats typically range from 3-5 pounds, while points range from 4-7 pounds.
