Our whole brisket is $9.00/LB, the estimated final price is between $40 and $60 and the estimated final weight is between 3.5 and 5.5 lbs. Final price determined by final weight. Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.

Brisket divided into points and flats.  Flats typically range from 3-5 pounds, while points range from 4-6 pounds.  The largest sizes come double wrapped in butcher paper, while most are vacuum packed.
